fix(inventory): a finished print is not charged a second time by an AMS update while its usage is booked; a completion reported without any file name closes the print session instead of keeping the AMS weight sync off until the next print

fix(inventory): hand assign, unassign and add-from-slot wait for the printer's slot lock; the AMS remain sync and a print's usage no longer overwrite a weight set by hand or weighed meanwhile; a spool deleted while a print is charged is skipped
